Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. These Terms & Conditions contain important provisions, including (a) a description of how Mavis, our AI coach, works and what she is not (Section 2.5), and (b) a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver (Section 16) that affect how disputes between you and inyo are resolved. By using inyo, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and JOININYO LTD, a Delaware corporation operating as "inyo" ("inyo," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of Mavis (our AI coach), the inyo SMS-based matchmaking service, the website at joininyo.com, and any related products or features (collectively, the "Service"). By signing up for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be a person barred from receiving services under U.S. law or other applicable jurisdiction;
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service;
• For Mavis: have a U.S. phone number registered outside of Illinois and Nevada at the time of signup (see Section 2.5(f) for details);
• For matchmaking: be a current resident of, or have a valid local presence in, a metropolitan area we serve (currently New York City);
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. Verification. We may take steps to verify your age, identity, and information. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Service to any user for any lawful reason, including suspected misrepresentation.

inyo offers two integrated services delivered over SMS:

2.1 Mavis (Our AI Coach)

Mavis is an AI character that interacts with you over SMS to help you reflect on your relationships, your dating life, your patterns, and your personal development. Mavis uses large language models (currently from Anthropic and/or OpenAI) to generate responses tailored to you. Mavis is the primary inyo product and is available to eligible users nationally (excluding Illinois and Nevada at this time — see Section 2.5(f)). Mavis is a coach designed for general wellness and personal reflection. She is not a therapist, psychologist, counselor, or any other licensed mental health professional. Please read Section 2.5 carefully — it contains important disclaimers about what Mavis is and what she is not.

2.2 Matchmaking

For users in metropolitan areas where matchmaking is currently offered (presently New York City), inyo's matchmaking process introduces compatible Users to one another by sending match notifications via SMS. inyo is not a swiping app, a feed, a social network, or a location-based discovery tool. We do not guarantee any specific match outcome, matching speed, or relationship result. Matching is curated, not algorithmically guaranteed. Match decisions are made through a combination of automated processing, Mavis conversation context (where applicable), and human review. We may use anonymized signals (including responses to onboarding questions, Mavis conversation patterns, and, if you opt in, third-party persona data) to identify potential matches.

2.3 Future Products

We may launch additional products (such as a couples mode where Mavis participates in a conversation between two consenting partners) as part of the Service. Such products may be subject to additional terms specific to those products, which we will provide at the time of launch.

2.5 Important Disclaimers About Mavis

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. It contains important information about what Mavis is, what she is not, and the limits of how you should rely on her. (a) Mavis is an AI character, not a licensed clinician. Mavis is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, social worker, or any other licensed mental health professional. She has no clinical credentials of her own. She is not a substitute for any of the above. Information shared with Mavis is not protected by patient-clinician privilege. (b) Mavis does not provide clinical care. Mavis does not provide medical advice, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any other regulated clinical service. inyo is not a healthcare provider, a covered entity under HIPAA, or a clinical service. We are a consumer wellness and coaching product. (c) Mavis's responses are AI-generated and not clinically reviewed in real time. Mavis's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not reviewed by a licensed clinician before delivery to you. While we have engaged clinical advisors to shape Mavis's design, methodology, and safety protocols, no individual response is reviewed or approved by a clinician in real time. AI-generated responses can be incorrect, incomplete, inappropriate, or otherwise unhelpful despite our reasonable efforts to minimize these failures. You agree that you understand and accept this limitation. (d) Mavis is for general wellness, coaching, and personal reflection only. Mavis is not for emergencies, acute mental health crises, situations requiring immediate professional intervention, or any safety-critical decision. Do not rely on Mavis for medical, mental health, safety, financial, legal, or other professional decisions. If you need professional advice, please consult a licensed professional. (e) Crisis Hand-Off. If you express language suggesting you may be in a mental health crisis, may harm yourself or others, or may be in immediate danger, Mavis is designed to pause the conversation and provide you with crisis resources, including:

• 988 — Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text)
• Crisis Text Line — text HOME to 741741
• 911 — for emergencies We strongly encourage you to contact these resources or local emergency services for any crisis. inyo does not provide emergency services and cannot substitute for them. Mavis's crisis detection is not guaranteed to identify every concerning situation, and you should not rely on Mavis to recognize or respond to a crisis. (f) Geographic Availability. Mavis is currently not available to users with phone numbers registered in Illinois or Nevada, due to state-specific regulations governing AI in mental health and wellness contexts. We monitor the regulatory landscape and may expand availability in the future. Users in these states may join a waitlist at joininyo.com and will be notified if and when service becomes available in their state. (g) AI Disclosure. You acknowledge and agree that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence. Mavis is not a human and is not represented as a human. By using Mavis, you accept the inherent limitations of AI-generated responses, including the possibility of incorrect, inappropriate, biased, or unhelpful outputs. (h) No Reliance for Major Decisions. You agree that inyo, JOININYO LTD, and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any decision you make based in whole or in part on Mavis's responses or conversations, including but not limited to decisions about relationships, dating, ending or maintaining relationships, mental health treatment, medication, employment, finances, legal matters, or any other significant life choice. (i) Conversations are not confidential in the legal sense. Information shared with Mavis is not protected by therapist-patient confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, or any other legally protected communication. We treat Mavis conversation data with significant care and as among the most sensitive information we hold (see the Privacy Policy), but we cannot offer legal confidentiality. Do not share information with Mavis that you would not want recorded. (j) Mavis is a product, not a relationship. Mavis is a service we provide. She is not a friend, a partner, a therapist, or any other human role. While the conversational design may feel personal, the underlying mechanism is an AI generating responses based on inputs. You are encouraged to maintain human relationships, professional support, and other real-world connections.

By signing up for inyo and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from inyo at the phone number you provided. This is your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC regulations.

3.1 What You Consent To

• Onboarding messages — questions, prompts, and confirmations during signup;
• Mavis coach messages — ongoing conversations with our AI coach;
• Match notifications — introductions, photos, voice notes, and YES/NO prompts (where matchmaking is available);
• Service messages — updates, account notices, billing receipts, and security alerts;
• Loyalty engine messages — bi-weekly check-ins and venue partner perks (if applicable);
• Customer support replies — responses to questions you send us.

3.2 Consent Disclosures

• Message frequency varies based on your activity, Mavis engagement, match availability, and engagement level.
• Message and data rates may apply. inyo does not charge for SMS, but your wireless carrier may.
• Reply HELP for help, or email andy@joininyo.com.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase, but consent to receive SMS is required to use the Service since the Service operates over SMS.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other major US carriers.

3.3 Opting Out (STOP) — Your Absolute Right

You may opt out of inyo SMS messages at any time, for any reason, with no penalty. To opt out, reply STOP to any message from inyo. The keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also recognized as opt-out commands. Once you opt out:

• We will send you one single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
• After that confirmation, we will not send you any further SMS messages of any kind — not Mavis messages, not match notifications, not loyalty engine check-ins, not promotional content, not service updates, not billing reminders, not surveys, not win-back offers, not anything.
• Your opt-out takes effect immediately upon our system processing your request, typically within seconds.
• Because the Service operates over SMS, opting out will end your active use of the Service. We will pause Mavis, pause matching, suspend any active subscription billing, and treat your account as inactive.
• Opting out via SMS stops messages but does not automatically delete your data. To also delete your data from inyo (including Mavis conversation history), email andy@joininyo.com with a deletion request.
• If you later want to receive messages again, you must opt back in by texting START to our number or by re-signing up at joininyo.com. We will not message you again until you affirmatively opt back in. We treat opt-outs as absolute. Opting out of inyo SMS means no further SMS communication from inyo for any purpose — this is your right under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and we honor it without exception. We retain SMS consent and opt-out records for at least four (4) years as required by federal law.

4.1 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your real first name, real age, recent photos that depict you (where applicable), and truthful answers to onboarding questions and to Mavis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your phone number and any associated account.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age;
• Use Mavis or any inyo service in lieu of, or as a substitute for, professional medical, mental health, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice or care when professional care is needed;
• Misrepresent crisis or emergency situations to Mavis with intent to test, manipulate, or evade her safety protocols;
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, age, gender, or relationship status;
• Use photos that are not of you, are stolen, or are AI-generated to misrepresent your appearance;
• Use the Service while in an exclusive or committed relationship without disclosing this to your match (where applicable);
• Send harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit (in the matchmaking context), or otherwise inappropriate messages;
• Solicit money, gifts, financial information, or commercial transactions from other Users;
• Use the Service to promote, advertise, or sell products, services, escorts, sex work, or any business;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including human trafficking, fraud, or scams;
• Collect or harvest personal information about other Users (including phone numbers, photos, or messages);
• Share, distribute, or publicly post other Users' photos, messages, voice notes, or personal information without their consent;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Service, including with Mavis;
• Attempt to extract, replicate, reverse-engineer, or distill the system prompts, training data, methodology, or model behavior of Mavis;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any inyo system;
• Interfere with the Service's operation, including transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Circumvent any security feature, rate limit, or restriction of the Service, including the geographic limitations described in Section

2.5(f);

• Create multiple accounts (one account per person), or attempt to re-register after suspension or termination. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal from the Service, forfeiture of any prepaid fees, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

5.1 What Counts as Your Content

"Your Content" means anything you submit, send, or share through the Service, including: profile information, photos, voice notes, onboarding answers, SMS messages, conversations with Mavis, feedback, and any other materials.

5.2 You Own Your Content; You Grant Us a License

You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant inyo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, store, display, transmit, modify, and distribute Your Content solely for the following purposes: (a) to operate, provide, and improve the Service (including operating Mavis and the matchmaking system); (b) to share your profile information with potential matches as described in our Privacy Policy; (c) to enforce these Terms; (d) to comply with legal obligations; and (e) to send anonymized portions of Mavis conversations to our clinical advisors for safety review and methodology improvement. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account, except for: (i) backup copies retained for a reasonable period; (ii) Content already shared with matched Users; and (iii) anonymized aggregate data.

5.3 Your Representations

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to submit Your Content; (b) Your Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (c) Your Content does not violate any law or these Terms; (d) photos depict you accurately and were taken within the last 12 months (where applicable to matchmaking).

5.4 No Obligation to Use

We are not obligated to publish, display, or transmit Your Content. We may refuse, remove, or modify Your Content at our discretion, particularly if it violates these Terms or applicable law.

6.1 Membership Pricing

Mavis subscription: inyo offers Mavis on a subscription basis. The current standard price is $20–30 per month following a 7-day free trial. Pricing may vary by promotional offer, partnership, or premium tier. You will be charged on the first day after the free trial ends, unless you cancel before that point. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Matchmaking: For users in metropolitan areas where matchmaking is available, an additional fee may apply per accepted match. The current standard is $20 per accepted match for men, with women's first match free and subsequent matches earned via referral or other criteria we may set. Pricing for matchmaking is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice. Couples Mode (if launched during the term of these Terms): A couples subscription, where Mavis participates in a shared conversation between two consenting partners, may be offered at $40–60 per month per couple. Both members of the couple must consent and the subscription will be subject to additional terms specific to that product.

6.2 Promotional Pricing and Discounts

We may offer promotional pricing, discounts, free trials, partner benefits, or referral credits at our discretion. Promotional terms (eligibility, duration, automatic renewal to standard pricing) will be disclosed at the time of offer.

6.3 Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize inyo and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime by replying STOP, by emailing andy@joininyo.com, or through any account portal we make available. Replying STOP will both end SMS messaging and pause subscription billing.

6.4 Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access through the end of the paid period, but you will not receive a prorated refund. We may, at our sole discretion, offer credits or refunds in cases of service errors, billing errors, or extenuating circumstances.

6.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is resolved. Repeated payment failures may result in account termination.

inyo's landing page may offer you the option to connect Onairos, a third-party personality data partner. This is entirely optional. If you choose to opt in:

• You may connect one or more of: Instagram, TikTok, or ChatGPT;
• Onairos will process data from the platforms you authorize and generate a personality profile;
• Onairos will share the resulting profile with inyo to enrich your match recommendations and Mavis context;
• Your use of Onairos is governed by Onairos's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at onairos.uk;
• inyo is not responsible for Onairos's data practices, security, or service availability;
• You may disconnect Onairos at any time without affecting your inyo account. By opting in to Onairos, you consent to Onairos's processing of your data and to the transfer of your personality profile from Onairos to inyo. If you do not opt in, no data is shared with Onairos.

8.1 Matchmaking Safety

For users in metropolitan areas where matchmaking is offered: inyo facilitates introductions; we do not vet, verify, or screen Users for criminal history, sexually transmitted disease, or any other condition. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to identify obvious abuse and remove bad actors, we cannot and do not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, character, or behavior of any User you may meet through the Service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users, including in-person meetings. We strongly recommend that you:

• Meet for the first time in a public, well-lit location;
• Tell a trusted friend or family member when and where you are meeting;
• Use your own transportation;
• Do not share financial information or send money to another User;
• Trust your instincts — leave any situation that feels unsafe;
• Report unsafe behavior to inyo at andy@joininyo.com and to local law enforcement when appropriate.

8.2 Mavis Safety

Mavis is an AI coach and is subject to the disclaimers in Section 2.5. Please re-read that section for important information about what Mavis is, what she is not, and how to seek professional help if you need it.

8.3 inyo Is Not Liable for Interactions or Decisions

You agree that inyo is not responsible for: (a) the conduct of any other User, online or offline; (b) any decision you make based on conversations with Mavis; (c) any harm, distress, financial loss, relationship outcome, or other consequence that results from your use of the Service. We are not a party to any communications, interactions, dates, or relationships between Users, and we are not your therapist, coach, or advisor for purposes of legal liability. You release inyo from any claims arising out of or related to your interactions with other Users or your reliance on Mavis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service (including all software, design, branding, logos, the "inyo" and "Mavis" names, the matching system, the Mavis system prompts and methodology, content, and any other materials we provide) are owned by JOININYO LTD or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights in the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not extract, replicate, or distribute Mavis's responses, methodology, system prompts, or characteristic style for any commercial purpose.

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service and terminate your account at any time by replying STOP, by emailing andy@joininyo.com to request account deletion, or by ending your active membership. Termination ends our license to use Your Content (subject to Section 5.2 exceptions).

10.2 Termination by inyo

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any lawful reason, including: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) violation of law; (c) conduct that endangers other Users; (d) fraudulent or abusive activity; (e) extended inactivity; (f) misuse of Mavis (including attempts to extract system prompts, manipulate safety protocols, or use Mavis in lieu of professional care after warning); or (g) regulatory or compliance reasons. Upon termination by inyo for cause, you may forfeit any prepaid fees.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2.5, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JOININYO LTD, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or trade usage. We do not warrant or guarantee:

• That the Service (including Mavis) will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free;
• That Mavis's responses will be accurate, complete, helpful, appropriate, safe, or therapeutic;
• That Mavis will detect crises, distress, or any specific situation reliably;
• That Mavis's responses will be free from errors, biases, hallucinations, or unintended outputs;
• That Mavis's responses will be reviewed by a clinician before delivery;
• That you will receive any matches, or any specific number or quality of matches (where matchmaking is available);
• The accuracy, truthfulness, or behavior of any other User;
• That the Service will result in any specific outcome, relationship, recovery, growth, or change;
• That third-party services (including Onairos, Twilio, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Supabase) will be available, accurate, or secure. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are inherently probabilistic and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful despite our reasonable efforts. You accept this risk by using the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL JOININYO LTD OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost data, lost relationships, emotional distress, mental health outcomes, physical or psychological harm, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to (a) your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including all interactions with Mavis; (b) your interactions with other Users (online or offline); (c) any decision you make based on Mavis's responses or other Service outputs; (d) any failure of Mavis to detect, recognize, or respond to a crisis situation; or (e) any third-party services. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms (including all interactions with Mavis, all matchmaking outcomes, and any actions you take based on the Service) is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid inyo in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JOININYO LTD and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or any third party's rights; (d) Your Content; (e) your interactions with other Users (online or offline); (f) your reliance on Mavis's responses, including any action you take or decline to take based on conversations with Mavis; (g) any claim that you suffered a mental health, medical, financial, or other adverse outcome due to your use of Mavis or the Service. inyo reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter for which you owe indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by SMS (if you have not opted out), email, or by posting a prominent notice on joininyo.com at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (the state of JOININYO LTD's incorporation), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 16 (Arbitration), any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

16.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

You and JOININYO LTD agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (a "Dispute"), including without limitation any Dispute arising out of or related to Mavis or any AI-generated output, will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except as expressly provided in Section 16.5. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, allows for more limited discovery, and is subject to very limited review by courts.

16.2 Arbitration Procedure

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York County, New York, or by telephone or video conference at the User's option for claims under $10,000. Each party will pay its own attorneys' fees and costs unless otherwise required by law or the arbitrator's award.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND INYO AGREE TO BRING DISPUTES IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of Section 16 shall be null and void.

16.4 30-Day Right to Opt Out

You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement. To opt out, send a written notice to andy@joininyo.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, including your name, phone number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

16.5 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may: (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limit; (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or violation of confidentiality obligations.

16.6 Federal Arbitration Act

These arbitration provisions are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.).

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and inyo regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

17.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. JOININYO LTD may assign these Terms freely, including to any successor entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17.5 Force Majeure

17.7 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, except that our subprocessors (Twilio, Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and, if you opt in, Onairos) may rely on the limitations of liability and indemnification provisions herein.
